Learning outcomes
To understand the features, subject, types, criteria of division, environment and prospects of modern international business; nature, economic content, types and forms, criteria for classification of property as an economic definition; essence, types, role of corporations in the system of international economic relations, forms of associations of corporations, transnational corporations as subjects of international business; essence, structure and tools of regulation of the mechanism of international business; companies' competitiveness strategies; theoretical and methodological foundations of pricing; types and main characteristics of business operations in international business; development of the world trade system, improvement and unification of methods and tools for regulating business transactions at the national and international levels; the nature and essence of business risks;
Form of study
Prerequisites and co-requisites
Knowledge of the basics of economic theory, macroeconomics, microeconomics, international management, etc .; ability to analyse the macro- and micro-environment of international business, to determine and justify methods of making managerial decisions, to plan the activities of the enterprise on the basis of acquired knowledge of previous disciplines in the dynamic changes of the world economy; mastery of analytical research and analysis skills.

Assessment methods and criteria
Evaluation is carried out according to the modular rating system. Current control: answers (up to 30 points), additions (up to 5 points), written assignment (up to 5 points), final modular test (up to 10 points). The form of final control is an exam. The exam is conducted in writing. The student's answer to the exam – up to 40 points.
