Learning outcomes
Know the conceptual and terminological apparatus that characterizes the development of international financial relations and their regulation. Know the source base of the current state and directions of development of international financial markets. Know the general patterns of evolution of international financial markets. Know the components and infrastructure of international financial markets, and features of banks in them. Know the system of regulatory and institutional environment for the development of international financial markets. Know the requirements for the organization of banks in the financial markets in accordance with international standards. Know the mechanisms of operation and tools of international financial markets. Know the technology of international banking operations, requirements for them and possible restrictions on the part of regulators. Be able to systematize the prerequisites and patterns of development of international financial markets.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Know the theoretical and practical aspects of the organization and functioning of international finance and the main directions of development of international financial
relations.
2. Be able to analyze the causes and consequences of current trends in development of international financial relations.
3. Have basic skills in searching and analyzing regulations, analytical materials and statistical sources.
4. Knowledge of English or other foreign languages for better opportunities to familiarize yourself with the regulations governing international financial relations.

Topic 1. The system of international finance. Topic 2. World financial market. Topic 3. International banking. Topic 4. International investment. Topic 5. Finance of multinational corporations. Topic 6. The system of international insurance and taxation. Topic 7. Regulation in the world finance system.

Assessment methods and criteria
1. Oral answers, additions, blitz polls, discussion, tasks: 40 points / 24 points (40 %).
2. Execution of individual independent work (presentation - case): 20 points / 18 points (30 %).
3. Modular control work (test). 20 points / 18
points (30 %).
4. Test work - 20 points
