he study of this discipline is the deepening of knowledge in the field of private international law, gaining skills in the application of norms aimed at regulating civil, marital, family and labor (private) legal relations with a foreign element

knowledge of the basics of private international law, the general part of private international law, its principles and sources, the ability to analyze and establish the content of rights and obligations of private international law in accordance with the conflict and substantive provisions of domestic law, international treaties and international customs; basic skills of analytical research in the field of legal regulation of international private law relations

Introduction to the Special Part of Private International Law International copyright and general characteristics of international intellectual property law Treaty in private international law. Terms International commercial agreements (purchase, sale, leasing, franchising and other commercial contracts with a significant degree of unification) International transportation International financial obligations Non-contractual obligations in private international law

Assessment methods and criteria
Evaluation is carried out according to the modular rating system. Assessment of students' knowledge is carried out by current control, and the final result of the student's work during the semester is evaluated on a 100-point scale. Current control: answers and presentations (up to 40 points), written analytical individual and group tasks, case studies (up to 40 points), final modular test (up to 20 points). The credit is set based on the results of the student's work throughout the semester.
