Learning outcomes
The purpose of the discipline is to prepare students and graduates for successful adaptation in the international labor market, for the effective implementation of a professional international career, the formation of skills of confident behavior in changing socio-economic conditions. This special course is designed to help students and graduates learn in practice an effective method of finding a job and real employment at a desired place of work in the field of international business, psychologically prepare them to communicate with representatives of international companies, organizations, and employing institutions.
Understand and apply current legislation, international regulations and agreements, reference materials, current standards and specifications, etc. in the field of international business.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
The normative academic discipline is closely related to and interacts with such disciplines as "International Management", "Project Management" and "International Business".
Additional requirements (be able to):
- analyze and evaluate social problems related to youth employment;
- to be guided in the legislative and normative base in the field of employment of graduates of higher educational institutions;
- correctly summarize and analyze statistical and practical information in the field of employment;
- apply the acquired knowledge of practical approaches to solving employment problems;
- navigate in specific life situations that arise in conditions of competition in the real labor market;
- develop individual career growth programs, present their own professional and creative potential;
- correctly write a resume, job advertisement, participate in an interview with employers;

The main factors of successful employment in the system of international business.

Assessment methods and criteria
The form of final control is a credit. The credit assessment consists of the following aspects: work in practical classes - up to 40 points; essays - up to 10 points; modular tests - up to 20 points. The maximum number of points that a student can score is 100 points.
