Learning outcomes
The course examines the attractions of spiritual and material culture, created over the centuries and captured in various forms. They are considered on the historical vertical as a holistic phenomenon, as well as on regional grounds, taking into account the relationship with the cultural achievements of other peoples, as no ethnic group, people, nation can develop in isolation, outside the general historical process

Course content
Introduction to the course. Culture of prehistoric ancestors of the Ukrainian people Culture of Russia-Ukraine in the IX-XV centuries, elements of the Renaissance Renaissance in the Ukrainian ethnic lands (late XV - XVII centuries.) Ukrainian state and cultural self-affirmation. Culture of the Ukrainian Baroque XVII - XVIII centuries. Ukrainian culture of the national awakening of the XIX century.
