Learning outcomes
Understand the essence and specifics of the functionality of office software in the context of solving professional problems.
Know the current trends in information technology, the conceptual foundations of cloud technology.
Understand the benefits and possible threats of the introduction of cloud technologies in the field of economic activity.
Know the principles of the organization of collaboration with electronic documents in a cloud environment.
Know the principles of work, methods of effective use of software for working with electronic documents.
Be able to work in the environment of Windows and MacOS operating systems.
Use the tools for joint work in an office suite.
Create analytical reports and monitoring panels on economic issues using office software.
Use specialized software to create and configure a system of visual representations to ensure operational decision-making.

Introduction
Topic 1. Information and information systems. Information resource.
Topic 2. Cloud technologies. New features of office programs.
Topic 3. Microsoft 365. Basic tasks and components.
Topic 4. Tools of organizing joint work in Microsoft 365.
Topic 5. Information security. Methods and means of information protection.
Topic 6. Text processor Word 365. Word Online.
Topic 7. Spreadsheet processor Excel 365. Excel Online.
Topic 8. Tools for data analysis in MS Office.
Topic 9. Microsoft Power Platform. Cloud services of business analytics.
Topic 10. Presentation of electronic documents.

Lecture, practical classes, educational discussions, case studies, individual and group practical tasks
Assessment methods and criteria
1. Oral answers, evaluation of participation and argumentation during the individual speech and group discussions – up to 10 points.
2. Individual tasks with analysis of visual / analytical representations of statistical and factual data – up to 40 points.
3. Evaluation of the quality of individual research with justification of structure and design on the criteria of efficiency, clarity, intuitiveness, independence, validity, completeness, visualization – up to 20 points.
4.Module control work – up to 30 points.
