To know the essence of the concepts of "management", "culture" and "business culture", "cross cultural communications"; To know the features of national models of management, business culture and organizational behavior; To know the structure of the national culture and the main factors that influence its formation; To be able to identify, systematize and interpret cultural similarities and differences in management processes and business environment in different countries; To master the skills of comparison of national models of business cultures and management in different countries and regions; Willingness to communicate verbally and in writing in English and other foreign languages to meet the challenges of professional activity.

Full-time form

1. Knowledge of the basics of cultural studies, religious studies, management and conflictology. 2. Ability to analyze the main approaches to the organization and implementation of corporate traditions in accordance with cultural characteristics. 3.Have the basic skills to identify barriers and challenges that may arise due to differences in corporate culture. 4. Proficiency in English.

Lectures, seminars, individual work, viewing the fragments of educational documentaries, field visit and/or corporate/guest lecture

1. Answers on seminars – up to 42 points. 2. Modular control works – up to 30 points. 3. Carrying out individual works – up to 18 points. 4. Case-Study/Speech Contest – up to 10 points.
