Prerequisites and co-requisites
Know the theoretical foundations of discrete mathematics, algebra, algorithm theory and mathematical logic.
Knowledge of programming technologies especially in the field of file management.
Course content
"Organization of databases and knowledge" is an important discipline in the sense of acquiring theoretical and practical knowledge in one of the most relevant areas of information technology today, related to databases and knowledge bases.
The purpose and task of the discipline is to get acquainted with one of the main scientific and technological areas in the field of computer technology "Organization of databases and knowledge" and master the technology of processing large amounts of data.

Semester assessment:
1. Active work on lectures, oral answers: PH1.1, PH1.2, PH1.3, PH1.4 - 3 points / 1.8 points;
2. Execution of tasks assigned to independent work: PH2.1, PH2.2, PH2.3, PH2.4 - 2 points / 1.2 points;
3. Test work 1: PH1.1, PH1.2 - 12 points / 7.2 points;
4. Test work 2: PH1.3 - 15 points / 9 points;
5. Test work 3: PH1.4 - 13 points / 7.8 points;
6. Execution of laboratory work: PH2.1, PH2.2, PH2.3, PH2.4 - 15 points / 9 points.
Final assessment (in the form of an exam):
- the maximum number of points that can be obtained by a student: 40 points;
- learning outcomes that will be evaluated: PH1.1, PH1.2, PH1.3, PH1.4;
- form and types of tasks: written work.
