The student should know: Features of modern information systems as an object of protection. The main threats to information security in information systems. Ensuring information security in secure information systems. The main subsystems of data protection systems.

The academic discipline "Models and Construction of Information Security Systems" is part of the elective block of disciplines for the EPP Information Security of Telecommunication Systems and Networks and uses the results of studying the disciplines: "Higher Mathematics", "General Physics", "Electromagnetic Compatibility of Radio Electronic Devices and Complexes", "Signals and Processes in Radio Engineering", "Electrodynamics and Propagation of Radio Waves", "Radio Electronic Systems", "Fundamentals of Information Transmission Theory", "Radio Receiving Devices with Digital Signal Processing".
Course content
The study of the theoretical foundations of guaranteed secure information systems and technologies; general approaches and requirements of regulatory documents governing their security in Ukraine and in the world; study, effective application and implementation of modern methodology, models, methods of system analysis and design of secure information systems and technologies is the purpose of this discipline. The study of the discipline "Models and construction of information security systems" allows you to understand the structure of the legal framework that regulates the use of formal security models and the principles of their use in computer and information systems and technologies and the principles of building the architecture of existing secure computer systems and models for describing the operation of electronic and computer systems, etc.
