Learning outcomes
The student must know the essence of the business plan and their main varieties; the main indicators for evaluating the effectiveness of the business plan; risk assessment methods in business planning. The student must be able to draw up a plan for marketing, production, organizational and financial activities as structural elements of a business plan; evaluate effectiveness and business plan risks based on forecast cash streams; use modern software tools for automation of financial and economic calculations at business planning; explain and convey to specialists and non-specialists, the content of the entrepreneurial business idea of the project.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Prerequisites: 1. Know the content of the disciplines "Macroeconomics", "Statistics for economists", "Money and credit", "Banking system", "Insurance", "Financial market". 2. To be able to analyze the causes and consequences of the development of certain segments of the financial market services, make calculations using the MS Excel program, prepare presentations in MS Power Point program. 3. Possess the skills of mathematical calculations and statistical analysis of activity financial services market participants, basic public speaking skills.
Course content
This academic discipline is devoted to study theoretical and organizational foundations of the functioning of the financial services market, research its structure, finding out the key vectors of development. Students must acquire knowledge regarding the main types of financial services, the order of their provision, specifics of regulation activities of financial services market participants, as well as learn to identify needs in receipt by clients of specific types of financial services and evaluate real opportunities customers regarding their receipt. Knowledge acquired by students as a result of studying this discipline, necessary for effective management of one's own wealth portfolio, one's own organization business, will be useful when choosing the direction of further professional specialization, in particular, for work in banks, non-banking financial institutions and enterprises of the real sector economy.

Semester evaluation: (max. points 60 / min. points 36. Final assessment in the form of an exam, as a condition for achieving a positive assessment discipline is to receive at least 60 points, the exam grade cannot be less than 24 points.
