The student must be able to: perform professional engineering work; draw conclusions based on the results of the work performed.

Industrial practice is a mandatory educational component. It is held before the final exam certification Industrial practice requires the student to master the full volume in advance mandatory and optional educational components of the educational program chosen by him.
Course content
Industrial practice involves familiarizing students with the process of solving real problems in the field of computer engineering in the conditions of existing state or private enterprises. Knowledge and practical skills that students will receive during the internship can be applied at further education and future professional activity.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Practice can be carried out at enterprises and organizations of various forms of ownership, types of economic activity, organizational and legal status. Production practice can be carried out in various divisions of the Taras Shevchenko National University. Students can offer the department a place of practice. The department agrees to practice in such institutions only on condition that they meet the established requirements.
Assessment methods and criteria
Students draw up a report on production practice based on practice. The report should cover issues that were studied during the internship period. A point rating system for evaluating students' knowledge on a 100-point national scale is used to evaluate the completion of industrial practice. A student who has not completed the internship program for valid reasons may be granted the right to undergo practice again. A student who received a negative grade for practice for the second time will be expelled from the University.
