Learning outcomes
The student must know the distinctive features of the employment contract from other related contracts for the performance of services, the peculiarities of the legal regulation of non-standard forms of employment in Ukraine and the world; peculiarities of legal regulation of labor legal relationship; the procedure for concluding an employment contract and contract peculiarities of its change and termination of employment contract; types of labor contracts, features of changes and termination of the employment contract; peculiarities of various organizational and legal forms and types of entrepreneurship. The student must be able to choose and use legal acts to solve specific situations; to draw up structural and logical diagrams of the relationship of legal categories, in particular categories of labor law; use the current normative and legislative to calculate the economic efficiency of business projects; a basis for starting and running a business.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Students must possess knowledge, skills and abilities in the disciplines of the social and humanitarian canine, such as: "Introduction to university studies", etc., know the main categories and concepts related to the life activity of a person and society; to be able to identify and analyze educational and scientific information, to draw reasonable conclusions on issues of professional activity; have basic skills: - drafting written documents, correcting their content, systematizing materials necessary for work, effective organization of one's own educational activities.
Course content
The constitutional principles of the realization of the right to work and its main forms are revealed. Students study legal norms that regulate the procedure for conclusion, change and termination employment contract as the main form of exercising the right to work. The differences between an employment contract and civil law contracts for the provision of services, non-standard forms of employment in Ukraine and in the world are analyzed. The grounds and procedure for arrest are disclosed the employee to legal liability for non-performance or improper performance of his labor duties (disciplinary liability).
