The educational discipline uses the results of such courses as "Higher Mathematics", "Physics", "Theory of Electric and Magnetic Circuits".
Course content
The educational discipline includes consideration of physical phenomena, that occur in electronic devices and devices and the physical phenomena that underlie the operation of semiconductor devices.
