Learning outcomes
Students' achievement of such competencies, skills and abilities as: to assess the nature and character of social processes and phenomena, and to show understanding of the limits and mechanisms of their legal regulation; discuss complex legal issues, suggest and justify options for their solution; Analyze and evaluate the practice of applying individual legal institutions; substantiate the legal position at different stages of law enforcement.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Know the concepts of corporate rights, corporate relations, sources of corporate law, concepts and basic limitations of corporate rights under Ukrainian law, the procedure and grounds for alienation of corporate rights in IT companies, features of corporate governance in IT companies. Be able to correctly interpret the provisions of Ukrainian legislation concerning the acquisition, change and termination of corporate rights, to provide legal advice on the creation and management of IT companies. Have basic skills in preparing documents on the acquisition and alienation of corporate rights in IT companies and with the help of legal methods to identify common and distinctive features of corporate governance in different IT companies.
Course content
Teaching forms and teaching methods of this discipline are aimed at studying the specifics of the law governing corporate relations in IT companies, and the formation of skills related to the acquaintance and interpretation of corporate law. The subject of the discipline is the legislation of Ukraine in the field of regulation of companies, the practice of application of legislation by national courts of Ukraine and international judicial institutions, the legislation of some other countries. The course of the discipline requires prior study by students the current corporate legislation of Ukraine, legal literature, basic concepts and special terminology

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Lectures, seminars, independent work of the student on the basis of textbooks, abstracts, methodical recommendations, consultations with the teacher
Assessment methods and criteria
At the seminars the current control of the student's knowledge of the discipline includes: two reports (two speeches on a given topic) - from 3 to 4 points for each (total: from 6 to 8 points); supplement to the report - from 5 to 8 points; two express examination - from 2 to 4 points for each (total: from 4 to 8 points); preparation of documents on the alienation of corporate rights in the IT company - from 3 to 5 points; colloquium - from 1 to 3 points; participation in the discussion - from 2 to 3 points. The following are subject to assessment: the level of knowledge demonstrated in the response; activity in discussing issues; systematic work in the classroom; homework results. A student who has not reached the minimum threshold level of assessment (24 points) of those learning outcomes that cannot be assessed during the final control may be excluded from the final assessment. The final assessment of the student's knowledge takes place during the exam (maximum score - 60).
