Learning outcomes
Collect, integrate analysis and summarize materials from various sources, including scientific and professional literature, databases, digital, statistical, test and others, and verify their authenticity using modern research methods. It is reasonable to formulate one's legal position, to be able to oppose, evaluate evidence and present convincing arguments. Justify the legal position at different stages of law enforcement. Have practical skills in solving problems related to the implementation of procedural functions of law enforcement agencies.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Know the features of the implementation of each of the corporate rights; ways of their protection and defense, as well as the specifics of mergers and acquisitions of legal entities, both those related to the termination of the legal entity, and those aimed at establishing corporate control over them Be able to correctly interpret the provisions of current legislation of Ukraine in the field of corporate law, to compile documents on corporate governance; develop transactions aimed at the emergence and termination of corporate rights to develop plans for the acquisition of legal entities at the basic level. Have basic skills in working with educational and legal literature, the use of scientific methods of knowledge and legal methods of resolving controversial practical situations in the field of family law.
Course content
Teaching forms and teaching methods are aimed at in-depth study of the theory of corporate law and the formation of practical skills in corporate governance related to the tasks that are usually entrusted to a corporate lawyer. Within the framework of the discipline the moment of origin and termination of property rights and other property rights to corporate rights is studied; the specifics of mergers and acquisitions of legal entities, both those related to the termination of the legal entity and those aimed at establishing corporate control over them, the theory of mergers and acquisitions is studied, as well as their basic models.

Assessment methods and criteria
In seminars, the current control of student knowledge of the discipline includes :. express survey - from 2 to 5 points; colloquium - from 5 to 10 points; modular test - from 5 to 7 points; report - from 3 to 5 points; supplement to the report - from 1 to 3 points; scientific work - from 8 to 10 points. The following are subject to assessment: the level of knowledge demonstrated in the response; activity in discussing issues; systematic work in the classroom; homework results. Missing for good reason seminars students can work in extracurricular time (during the teacher's consultations) through oral interviews, testing, preparation of scientific reports. A student who has not reached the minimum threshold level of assessment (24 points) of those learning outcomes that cannot be assessed during the final control may be excluded from the final assessment.
