To determine the significance and persuasiveness of the arguments in the assessment of previously unknown conditions and circumstances
To use properly numerical and statistical information from primary and secondary sources.
To demonstrate the knowledge and understanding of the definition of basic modern legal doctrines, values and principles of the national legal system
To demonstrate the necessary knowledge and understanding of the essence and content of basic legal institutions and norms of fundamental branches of law
To know the peculiarities of decisions’ application of the judiciary for regulatory support of administrative and procedural activities in Ukraine

Prerequisites and co-requisites
To know the general theoretical foundations of each studied administrative procedures, to understand the features of the processes, make independent conclusions about the advantages and disadvantages of the mechanism of providing administrative services,
to distinguish between administrative process and administrative procedures; to understand the features and classification of subjects (participants) of administrative procedures; literature sources on the problems of providing administrative services, adoption of administrative acts, organization of the system of executive bodies and local governments; current legislation and judicial practice on the implementation and protection of human rights and freedoms in the field of administrative procedures.
Course content
When studying the discipline, the concepts, meanings, types and normative-legal principles of administrative procedures are revealed; standards and subjects of administrative procedures; registration, permitting, control and supervision procedures, as well as means of ensuring the legality (legality) of administrative and procedural activities of public administration entities.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Lecture, seminar, independent work, individual task, presentation and report on the implementation of individual tasks, independent work, colloquium, legal problem solving, tasks, essays, express questioning.
Assessment methods and criteria
semester forms of assessment:
1. report (speech on a given topic) - up to 3 points;
2. supplement to the report - 1 point;
3. solving a legal problem - up to 5 points;
4. participation in the discussion - up to 2 points;
5. problem solving - up to 5 points;
6. test - up to 10 points.
The minimum score that can be obtained by a student on the appropriate forms of assessment is 24 points. The maximum score that can be obtained by a student per semester is 40 points. The envisaged forms of semester assessment may not exceed 40 points.
- final assessment: credit in written and test form.
