Learning outcomes
Students' achievement of such competencies, skills and abilities as:
- To know the features of the legal nature of public-private partnership (PPP) in the legal regulation of land relations, critically comprehend theoretical and legislative issues, analyze the mechanism of state regulation in the field of land rights in the PPP;
- To be able to prove and define their own legal position, demonstrate a high level of communication skills in a team during the development of a legal position on solving isues of land rights, choose the methodology of research on land rights, offer specific options for solving legislative and theoretical problems of land rights in PPP.

- Know the methodological, doctrinal, constitutional foundations of legal regulation of civil, economic, investment, agricultural, land and other social relations in Ukraine, features of the legal nature of public-private partnership;
- To be able to analyze legal phenomena and trends in land rights in public-private partnership, make petitions, statements, appeals, statements of claim and other procedural documents, conduct business correspondence on the implementation and protection of land rights;
- To have the skills of analyzing and critical considering of the implementation of public-private partnership in land relations; skills of self-formulation of their opinions, ideas, conclusions, recommendations on improving legislation and doctrine.
Course content
Methodological, theoretical, legislative bases and practical problems of realization of the rights to the earth in the conditions of public-private partnership are studied as well as features of legal forms of land use for attraction of investments on the basis of public-private partnership, interaction of public and private partners in acquisition and realization of land rights by private partners along with jurisdictional protection of land rights of private partners in accordance with the concluded public-private partnership agreements.

Verbal (lectures, discussions, talks, consultations), visual (presentation, illustration, demonstration, observation), practical (case studies), control (oral examination, testing, colloquia, express-examination, individual task, modular tests)
Assessment methods and criteria
The final grade for the discipline consists of of points obtained during the semester and the points obtained under the final form of control (exam). This score is not less than 60 points. The maximum final grade for the course is 100 points. Types of current control are selected by the teacher who gives seminars, in coopereation with the lecturer and in accordance with the program. The following types of countinuous assessment are possible: report, supplement to the report, express quiz, abstract, 2 modular tests. Exam is final control form.
