Knowledge of the doctrinal understanding of the nature and essence of litigation, its difference from other types of proceedings, definition of "claim", "litigation", "task of civil litigation", "written statements of the parties", "opening of proceedings", "opening proceedings", "preparatory proceedings ", settlement of a dispute with the participation of a judge", "consideration of the case on the merits", "fixing the trial", "closing and suspending the proceedings, leaving the claim without consideration" and others obtained as a result of studying the discipline " Civil process of Ukraine ".

Theoretical bases of the claim form of protection of civil rights in separate categories of civil cases. Tasks and basic principles of civil procedural law and their implementation in litigation. Civil jurisdiction. Determining the categories of civil cases considered in litigation. Definition of family cases considered in litigation. Definition of housing cases considered in litigation. Definition of land and labor disputes considered in litigation.
