Learning outcomes
Achievement of the following competencies, skills and abilities: know the history of companies; EU directives, regulations governing the formation, operation and termination of companies and supranational entities, terminology on company law. Analyze information from national and international sources, evaluate their reliability, use modern information technologies and databases in determining the legal status of companies, the order of their creation, operation and termination, the legal regime of company property. Be able to correctly determine and reasonably apply legislation, depending on the facts of the case and the issues raised in the problem, analyze the legal position of the courts on corporate disputes; have a good command of legal terminology in the field of corporate law, capital markets. Provide consultations and draft procedural and legal documents concerning in particular, possible ways to protect the rights and interests of participants in corporate relations

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Know the rules of the Economic Code of Ukraine and legislative acts regulating the legal status of legal entities of various organizational and legal forms, determine the legal status of their property, the system of bodies resolving corporate disputes, the provisions of the Economic Procedural Code Ukraine. 2. Be able to consolidate and deepen the knowledge gained during the lectures by means of analysing sources of special literature on relevant topics of the course; apply the knowledge acquired from other disciplines, in particular, civil and economic law; use legal information and analytical resources of the Internet; perform self-study tasks, solve problems. 3. Possess skills for drafting law enforcement acts used in companies’ activities; resolve corporate disputes in the field of economic activity taking into account the peculiarities of a specific situation and with the help of legal methods.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Types of classes include lectures, seminars, guest lectures. Forms of learning: group learning. Teaching methods: the optimal combination of general didactic methods, interactive techniques and teaching aids used to organize the educational process at the university (teaching the material in the form of lectures using video presentations, dialogue, discussion, questioning, role play, mini-group work etc.). Presentations of lectures, online learning materials, problems (practical cases), tests, individual self-study tasks are used.
Assessment methods and criteria
Types of formative assessment are chosen by the teacher who conducts practical lessons. Semester assessment: 1. report - from 3 to 5 points; 2. questioning - from 3 to 5 points; 3. participation in the discussion - from 3 to 5 points; 4. individual written task - from 6 to 10 points. 5. solving a case (problem) - up to 3 to 5; 6. module test - from 6 to 10 points Students can complete a missed lesson within 14 days after recovery by means of an oral answer or written assignment. The maximum score that can be achieved by a student at the end of the semester is 40 points; minimum - 24 points. The form of final control is a credit, where the maximum number of points that a student can achieve is 60.
