Learning outcomes
To provide students with a set of theoretical and practical knowledge, skills and abilities to understand sports relations, disputes arising from them and the mechanism of their regulation at national and international level, to acquaint with the main categories of sports justice, features of disputes arising in sports, learn to interpret legal norms and apply them correctly in solving situational problems, provide experience of analytical work.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
To know the basic conceptual approaches, theoretical bases of the decision of sports disputes, methodological bases of efficiency of the substantiation and features of their application at realization of procedural rights by participants of process. Be able to analyze the relevant legal relations, determine their legal nature, content; differentiate the grounds and conditions for drawing up and submitting procedural documents; determine the content and justification of procedural actions. Have the skills to prepare draft procedural documents, taking into account the peculiarities of the practical situation, the basics of strategy and tactics for resolving sports disputes.

General characteristics of the legal discipline of resolving sports disputes. Bodies that resolve sports disputes. Participants in sports competitions. UAF Sports Dispute Resolution Chamber. Sports Arbitration Court in Lausanne. Procedural documents in resolving disputes. Sports mediation. Cybersport (E-sports) and its features.

Assessment methods and criteria
The maximum final grade for this discipline can be 100 points. The student can receive in the form of semester control (exams, tests) a maximum of 60 points, to which are added the points obtained by the student during seminars. To obtain an overall positive grade in the discipline, the grade for the final work can not be less than 36 points. If the student scored less than 36 points in the form of semester control (exam, credit), the latter are not added to the semester grade (regardless of the number of points obtained during the semester), and the information in the column "exam scores" is "0 ", Respectively, in the column" result assessment "is transferred only the number of points obtained during the semester. If during the semester the amount of points received by the student as a result of the current control is more than 40 points, in fact, only 40 points are credited.
