Learning outcomes
Such students’ academic achievements as: knowledge of the concept of corruption, corruption offenses and corruption-related offenses; content of international anti-corruption conventions and basic legal acts of Ukraine in the field of anti-corruption methods; peculiarities of qualification of corruption administrative and criminal offenses related to corruption; features of lawsuits in cases of unclear assets and their award into state revenue. Skills: to interpret and apply the provisions of domestic anti-corruption legislation, interprete them in terms of compliance with Ukraine's international obligations. Communication: to have good command of international and national anti-corruption legislation terminology, to participate in professional discussions on the prospects for the development of national anti-corruption legislation; to provide reasoning in current case solution on the interpretation and application of the rules on liability for corruption offenses.

Course content
The discipline includes acquainting students with the notion of the term corruption, corruption offenses, corruption-related offenses, the peculiarities of legal liability for these offenses.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Teaching methods: 1) lecture - a detailed theoretical report on legal norms, legal positions of judicial practice and the provisions of the concept of anti-corruption; 2) discussion- an effective argumentation of problematic issues of interpretation and application of legal norms on prevention of corruption; 3) case study- a study of certain positions of judicial practice on the prevention of corruption; 4) solving problems and tasks - assessment of hypothetical law enforcement situations, considering the rules of criminal law, legal positions of judicial practice and the provisions of the concept of corruption offenses;5) independent work – individual study of certain positions of judicial practice on corruption offenses, including the list of recommended reading.
Assessment methods and criteria
The final score includes the sum of points obtained during the semester assessment (up to 40 points) and points obtained for the final test (up to 60 points). It consists of three components: 1) solving the problem, the solution of which involves administrative and legal assessment of a particular situation and justification of such assessment; 2) solving the case, the solution of which involves a criminal-legal understanding of a particular situation and justification of such assessment; 3) individual task for the analysis of law enforcement practice. Total assessment is based on the results of the semester and consists of points based on the results of lectures and seminars.
