Learning outcomes
1. To carry out an intellectual search, to identify and critically consider the current problems of modern philosophical thought, to develop them within the framework of one's own philosophical research. 2. Know and use professional vocabulary and philosophical tools to convey one's own knowledge, conclusions and arguments to specialists and non-specialists, in particular to students. 3. Critically interpret, analyze and evaluate philosophical texts, apply relevant methods of their analysis and interpretation. 4. To understand the connections of philosophy with other areas of philosophical discourse and other intellectual and humanitarian practices. 5. Analyze, evaluate and forecast social, political, economic and cultural processes using professional knowledge and specialized skills for solving complex problems of philosophy. 6. Make effective decisions on managing complex professional and/or educational activities in the field of philosophy

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Successful completion of the course is based on knowledge from such disciplines of the "bachelor" educational level as: "History of Philosophy", "History of Ukrainian Culture", "History of World Culture", "Ethics", "Aesthetics", "Social Philosophy", "Psychology ", "Sociology" etc. 2. Be able to process information about the specifics of moral and professional problems, duties and deontology in professional activity, moral dilemmas, complex moral and psychological conflict-generating factors of joint activity in the professional sphere and corporate culture; predict the prospects of their development, taking into account the peculiarities of professional activity 3. Possess elementary skills of scientific research and information management; analysis, critical attitude and forecasting prospects solving socio-cultural, moral-ethical, moral-psychological problems of personal development and social functioning.
Course content
"Professional and corporate ethics" belongs to the list of mandatory subjects and is taught in the first semester of the master's degree. The educational discipline contributes to the formation of personal competences of a specialist, ethically educated and morally oriented in the performance of professional duties. Ethical knowledge and ethical competence are requirements of modern society. Increasing the role of the ethical component in the development of society, practicing the skills of its implementation in the professional activity of a specialist determines the relevance and importance of this discipline, determines the development of cognitive and analytical capabilities of master's students, which will contribute to the deepening of their professional skills and professional culture, the implementation of humanistic, ethically balanced approaches to the organization content and nature of professional activity. The subject, tasks, theoretical foundations, methodology, main directions and issues of modern research of professional ethics and corporate culture are determined. Processes of formation of moral credo of professional activity, experience of embodiment in professional interaction of unity of moral and professional regulators of spiritual life are considered. Possession of moral values by future professionals is defined as cultural capital, the implementation of which will contribute to social stability, public harmony and order, and will act as a kind of mechanism of social control of professional activity. Special attention is focused on those issues of modern applied and professional practices that remain open for discussions at the regulatory level.

Assessment methods and criteria
1. Oral answer: 5 points – the student has full knowledge of the educational material, 4 points - the student has a sufficient amount of educational material, 3 points - in general has the educational material, 2 points - does not fully master the material, 3. Independent work: 8 points - the student fully masters the selected material, 7 points - the student has sufficient knowledge of the material, 6 points - in general possesses the educational material, 4. Final control work: 20-16 points - the student fully masters the educational material, 15-11 points - the student has a sufficient amount of educational material, 10-6 points - in general has the learning material, but does not demonstrate depth knowledge in solving the tasks, does not rely on the necessary training literature, the work contains significant inaccuracies. 5-0 points - does not fully master the material,
