The concept, parties and content of an employment contract. The procedure for concluding an employment contract. Amendment of an employment contract. Legal regulation of working hours and time off work. Legal regulation of remuneration and labor standardization. Legal regulation of labor protection. Basics of ensuring of a comfortable working environment. Procedure for termination of an employment contract. Liability in labor law.

Lecture, seminar session, independent work

The assessment of students' work includes current control and semester control in the form of a test. The maximum amount of points a student can get during the course is 100 points, which are conditionally distributed 50/50 between the parts “Selected Sections of Labor Law” and “Theoretical and Practical Foundations of Business Activity”. The minimum amount of the semester assessment is 60 points.
