Learning outcomes
PLO 4. Use modern statistical methods, models, digital technologies, specialized software to solve problems of public management and administration.
PLO 6. Carry out effective management of innovations, resources, risks, projects, changes, quality, apply modern models, approaches and technologies, international experience in the design and reorganization of management and general organizational structures.
PLO 8. To be able to communicate effectively, argue one's position, use modern information and communication technologies in the field of public management and administration.
PLO 10. Represent public administration bodies and other organizations of the public sphere and present the results of their activities to specialists and the general public.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Know: the conceptual and categorical apparatus of grant activity in the public sphere, the main goals, functions and stages of grant writing; the main differences between the project and the project application; classification of grants; methodical foundations of project planning and sources of financing; risks arising from project management; peculiarities of project monitoring, evaluation and audit in the public sphere; theoretical and methodological foundations of effective management of projects and programs in organizations, etc.
To be able to: analyze the stakeholders of the project, as well as identify the problems and goals of the project in the public sphere and establish relationships between them; find and use grantwriting information sources; etc.

"General characteristics of grant activity management"
Topic 1. Management of grant activity: theoretical aspect.
Topic 2. International technical assistance: essence and mechanisms of provision.
Topic 3. International technical assistance in Ukraine.
CONTENT MODULE 2
"Basic requirements for writing a project application"
Topic 4. Grantwriting and fundraising in the public sphere.
Topic 5. The structure of the project application and the principles of its writing.
Topic 6. Features of the constituent elements of the project application.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Lecture, practical classes, seminars, independent work.
Assessment methods and criteria
Assessment methods: tests, surveys, discussions, independent tasks, analytical tasks, presentations, tests.
Assessment criteria: knowledge control is carried out according to the ECTS system, which provides for a two-level assessment of the acquired material, in particular the assessment of theoretical training and assessment of practical training.
Semester assessment (MAX - 80 points / MIN - 48 points).
The final control is carried out in the form of a written test, which is evaluated with a maximum of 20 points and is conducted in one of the last practical classes in the discipline.
The test is set based on the results of the student's work throughout the semester.
