Learning outcomes
PRN1. To know the theoretical and applied principles of development and analysis of public politicians, including in the field of local self-government, the foundations and technologies of management decision-making by local self-government bodies and officials PRN4. Use modern statistical methods, models, digital technologies, specialized software to solve complex problems that arise in the processes of implementing the right to local self-government PRN11. Develop well-founded management decisions necessary for the realization of the right to local self-government, taking into account the issues of European and Euro-Atlantic integration, take into account the goals, existing legislative, time and resource limitations, evaluate the political, social, economic and environmental consequences of decision options for a specific territory and the state as a whole

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Know: the basic principles of public administration, the foundations of regulatory and legal support for the activities of public authorities. 2. To be able to use analytical and statistical methods of information processing regarding the activities of public administration bodies, indicators of the activities of public authorities, work with national and international databases. 3. To have the skills of analysis, synthesis, processing and visualization of statistical, sociological and other data, work with the legal framework, design and presentation of data using Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.).

Topic 1. Theoretical principles of quality management Topic 2. Conceptual foundations of quality management in public administration bodies Topic 3. Systems and models of quality management in public authorities. Topic 4. Implementation of quality management systems in the activities of public service bodies.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Lectures, practical classes, tuitions, individual analytical task, independent work; participation in departmental and university research works and projects; conference, seminars, round tables track.
Assessment methods and criteria
Semester assessment: module test; individual analytical task; independent work. Rewriting the semester control in order to improve a grade is not allowed. Final assessment: the form of final assessment is an exam. The form of the exam is a written work with tasks of different levels of complexity. The maximum point is 40. Graduation evaluation: the final grade is defined as the sum of grades (points) for all successfully assessed learning outcomes during the semester and the grade obtained during the exam. The maximum number of points a student can receive is 100 points.
