PLO 02. Solve complex tasks of public management and administration, taking into account the requirements of the law.
PLO 04. Use modern statistical methods, models, digital technologies, specialized software to solve complex problems of public management and administration.
PLO 06. Carry out effective management of innovations, resources, risks, projects, changes, quality, apply modern models, approaches and technologies, international experience in the design and reorganization of management and general organizational structures.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
To know: the theoretical foundations of the organization of the system of public management and administration in the economic sphere; the processes of formation and implementation of state policy at the micro- and macro-levels in various sectors and branches of the economy, the basis of regulatory and legal support for the financial activities of public authorities; the specifics of the organization of financial activities at all levels of public administration; conceptual provisions of public finance management.
Be able to: use the system of national accounts and analytical and statistical methods of processing information on the socio-economic development of territorial entities, indicators of the activity of public authorities, work with national and international databases.

CONTENT MODULE 1
"Theoretical foundations of public management in the economic sphere"
Topic 1. The state and its functions in the formation and development of modern economic systems.
Topic 2. Tools, methods, forms and mechanisms of public administration in
economic sphere.
Topic 3. The system of national accounts as a methodology for modeling the development of economic processes.
Topic 4. Efficiency of the economy and economic growth: indicators and factors of provision.
CONTENT MODULE 2
"Public financing and management of the budget process"
Topic 5. The nature of public finances.
Topic 6. Public revenues and public expenditures.
Topic 7. Taxes and the tax system.
Topic 8. The budget system and the budget system.
Topic 9. Public audit under martial law.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Lecture, practical classes, seminars, independent work.
Assessment methods and criteria
Assessment methods: tests, surveys, discussions, independent tasks, analytical tasks, presentations, tests.
Assessment criteria: knowledge control is carried out according to the ECTS system, which provides for a two-level assessment of the acquired material, in particular the assessment of theoretical training and assessment of practical training.
Semester assessment (MAX - 60 points / MIN - 36 points).
The final grade is defined as the sum of grades (points) for all successfully assessed learning outcomes during the semester (grades below the minimum threshold level are not added to the final grade) and the grade obtained during the exam. The maximum number of points that can be received by a student is 100 points
