Learning outcomes
1.1 Know the main theoretical concepts, subject, methods, tasks of the science of anti-crisis management in the public sector. 1.2 Know the conceptual principles of change management, methods of overcoming resistance to change 1.3 Know the basic theories and models of change management 2.1 Be able to analyze and evaluate the state anti-crisis policy and present the results its implementation at different levels 2.2. Be able to develop change projects (personal, team, organizational), applying modern theories and models of change management. 2.4 Be able to manage resistance to change based on the model of "force field analysis" by K. Levin 3.1 The ability to make management decisions under conditions of uncertainty and risk, correlating these decisions in order to implement changes.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Know: the theoretical foundations of the basic specifics of anti-crisis management, namely: theoretical concepts, subject, methods, tasks of the science of anti-crisis management in the public sector; conceptual foundations of change management; basic theories and technologies of change management; modern methods of overcoming resistance to change 2. Be able to manage projects for the implementation of changes in the field of public administration, taking into account the current strategic goals of the country's development; make management decisions in conditions of uncertainty and risks, correlating these decisions with the goals of introducing changes; 3. Possess the skills of analysis, synthesis, processing and visualization of statistical, sociological and other data, work with the regulatory framework, design and presentation of data using Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.).

Assessment methods and criteria
Knowledge control is carried out according to the ECTS system, which provides for a two-level assessment of the learned material, in particular, assessment of theoretical training - learning outcomes, which is 25% of the total grade for the semester and practical training assessment - learning outcomes, which is 75% of the total grade for the semester. - semester assessment (MAX - 60 points / MIN - 36 points): 1. Oral survey, discussion - 6 points / 4 points; 2. Modular test - 10 points / 6 points; 3. Individual analytical task - 20 points / 12 points 4. Independent work) - 24 points / 14 points; The maximum number of points a student can receive during the exam is 40 points.
