General theoretical training obtained within the framework of bachelor's educational programs.
Course content
The purpose of the discipline is to provide students with knowledge and skills that create the necessary organizational and legal basis for carrying out professional research work, its presentation to the scientific community, protection and commercialization of intellectual property rights to its results; formation of students' skills to solve various research tasks, to build a research search system, to navigate in the directions of modern philological studies, to use various methods of linguistic and/or literary (according to the specifics of a specific educational programme) research. "Methodology of scientific research with the basics of intellectual property" is a mandatory discipline for master's students of all educational programs of the Institute of Philology. For correspondence students, the discipline is taught in the zero and first semesters in the amount of 90 study hours (4 hours of lectures, 4 hours of seminar classes and 80 hours of unsupervised work).
