            2.1. Know the characteristics of language as a resource of social communication.
2.2. To be able to analyze the spheres of social communication from the point of view of linguistic objectivity.
2.3. Have elementary skills of media linguistic text analysis.
        
    
            Course content
        
        
            The specifics of business linguistics as a direction of humanitarian knowledge are outlined. The functional resource of business terminology in media texts, genres of business communication in the media is studied. It is motivated by a set of extra- and intralingual factors, correspondence to the tasks of communication in the business sphere and the system of functional and stylistic language units that correlate with these tasks.

            The credit is based on the results of the student's work throughout the semester and does not include additional assessment measures.
