Prerequisites and co-requisites
Successful completion of the discipline "Methodology and organisation of scientific research with the basics of intellectual property" and other disciplines taught in the educational programme "Russian Language and Literature (for foreigners) in the 1st and 2nd semesters of the master's degree.
Course content
During the professional and industrial practice, master's students determine the range of their scientific interests, acquire the skills of independent research work, applying the knowledge and skills acquired during the study of theoretical and theoretical and practical disciplines in the 1st and 2nd semesters of the master's programme, which is the necessary basis for further research (master's thesis, research reports and publications, etc.).

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Instruction at the orientation meeting of interns and the internship supervisor, independent work, consultations with the internship supervisor. Consciously practical method, communicative method, scientific and educational discussion. General scientific methods (analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction with the use of classification and categorisation techniques); familiarisation with the methodology of research, methods of linguistic and literary analysis. Research methods, including independent search (research) work with scientific publications, Internet resources, reference literature, information and reference systems. Self-analysis of development and professional self-improvement, self-control.
Assessment methods and criteria
Research report, abstracts, and practice report. The internship grade consists of the following components: 1) evaluation of the research report: 50% of the final grade (minimum 30 points, maximum 50 points);2) evaluation of the abstract: 30% in the final evaluation (minimum 18, maximum 30 points); 3) evaluation of a written report on practice: 20% in the final assessment (minimum 12, maximum 20 points).For a description of the assessment organisation and assessment criteria for each component, see the work programme of the internship.
