PLO 4. To assess and analyze critically vital social, individual and professional issues and offer tactics for their resolution, in difficult and unpredictable conditions, which require the application of new approaches and forecasting. PLO 16. To use specialized conceptual knowledge in a chosen linguistic field to solve complex tasks and issues, which require updates and integration of knowledge, often under conditions of incomplete or lacking information and contradictory requirements. PLO 20. To undertake pre-translation analysis of specialized texts of various styles and genres. PLO 21. To know the specifics of translator’s work in various fields (textual, media, audiovisual, web-space) and be able to use necessary tools and techniques. PLO 23. To be able to plan the process of specialized interpreting and translation in accordance to the stages of a translation project.

Successful mastering of undergraduate courses, in particular such a discipline as "Practice of oral and written translation", "Comparative lexicology of the Spanish and Ukrainian languages", "Comparative grammar Spanish and Ukrainian languages", "Stylistics of the Spanish language", "Language resource stylistics (Ukrainian language)" as well as courses master's degrees such as "General theory of translation", "Oral technique and of written translation", "Genre theories of translation", "Comparative rhetoric".

The purpose of the course is the formation of skills and competences in various fields types of translation from native Ukrainian into Spanish. Familiarize the students with the specifics of translating from one's native language into a first foreign language into different ones structural levels. The purpose of practical classes is the development and improvement of foreign language translation skills that were formed partially in the undergraduate course, in particular during the study of the course "Fundamentals translation from Ukrainian into Spanish".

Practical classes and individual work.

The material of the lecture classes is fixed in the seminar classes assimilation is evaluated in points, in accordance with what is stated in clause 7.1 RPND The work program involves writing a modular test work The discipline ends with a test. Final assessment form the points received by the student in the process of performing the specified types and forms of education and obtained in the exam. Maximum distribution is carried out as follows: 60 points - during the semester and 40 points (20%) – exam.If the student scored less than 24 points on the exam, then they are not added to the semester grade regardless of the number points received during the semester, and in the examination information in the column "final grade in the discipline" indicates only the number of points, received during the semester.
