PLO 2. Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. to know: - Possess knowledge, skills and abilities in the disciplines of the social and humanitarian cycle, such as "Introduction to University Studies", etc. - basic categories and concepts related to human and social life. 2. be able to identify, analyze educational and scientific information, draw reasonable conclusions on issues of professional activity. 3. possess basic skills in writing documents, correcting their content, systematizing the materials necessary for work, effectively organizing their own learning activities.
Course content
The course covers the constitutional basis for the realization of the right to work and its main forms. Students study the rules of law that regulate the procedure for concluding, amending and terminating an employment contract as the main form of realization of the right to work. The legal basis for establishing and regulating the basic working conditions: working hours and rest periods; labor standardization and remuneration; labor protection, labor discipline are outlined. The legal basis for the protection of labor rights in Ukraine is analyzed. The discipline forms students' economic, institutional and organizational foundations of entrepreneurial activity and aims to acquire knowledge and initial practical skills about the economic nature of entrepreneurship, its forms and planning; innovative entrepreneurship; technologies for creating your own business; state regulation of entrepreneurship; commercialization of scientific developments.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Methods: lecture, seminars, independent work Learning activities during the semester: The types of current control for the block "Selected Sections of Labor Law" are: oral questioning (participation in the discussion), solving situational tasks, module test, independent work. For the block "Fundamentals of Entrepreneurial Activity": participation in lectures and seminars (blitz surveys, speeches, additions, discussion of problematic issues, fixed speeches and presentations), module test, independent work (writing essays, preparing presentations, situational exercises).
Assessment methods and criteria
The results of the learning activities in the part "Selected Sections of Labor Law" are assessed as follows: 1.Oral survey: PH 1.1-1.3, 2.1, 2.2, 4.1 - Max. 12 points / Min. 7 points. 2.Solving situational problems: ELO 1.1.-1.3, 2.1-2.2, 3.1 - Max. 8 points / Min. 4 points; 3.Independent work: PH 1.1-1.3, 3.1 - Max. 20 points / Min. 14 points. 4.Modular control work: PH 1.1.-1.3, 2.1, 2.2, 4.1 - Max. 10 points / Min. 5 points. Part "Fundamentals of entrepreneurial activity" 1.Participation in lectures and seminars of section 1: PH 1.4, PH 1.5 - Max. 8 points / Min. 4 points. 2.Participation in lectures and seminars of section 2: PH 2.3, PH 2.4, PH 4.2 - Max. 8 points / min. 4 points. 3.Module control work: PH 1.4, PH 1.5, PH 2.3, PH 2.4, PH 4.1 - Max. 8 points / Min.4 points. 4.Independent work: PH 1.5, PH 2.4, PH 4.2 - Max. 16 points / Min. 13 points. 5.Final assessment for the module in the form of a final comprehensive control work: maximum 10 points, minimum 5 points.
