PRN 1. Communicate freely with professional issues with specialists and non-specialists by the state and in foreign languages orally and in writing, use them for effective organization intercultural communication PRN 2. Effectively work with information: select the necessary information from different sources, in particular from professional literature and electronic databases, critical analyze and interpret it, arrange, classify, etc systematize. Prerequisites and co-requisites
Before starting the study of this discipline, students should know the main stages and characteristics of the historical and cultural process in Europe and Ukraine. Be able to identify and analyze cultural processes that determine the evolutionary nature of changes in the stages of development of European and Ukrainian culture. Possess elementary skills of scientific research and information management; critical attitude and forecasting regarding cultural events and phenomena.
Course content
The goal of the discipline is to provide a philosophical and cultural component training of highly qualified, competitive, integrated into the European and the world scientific and educational space of a specialist with the educational degree "Bachelor", which he obtained theoretical and practical knowledge, skills and abilities sufficient for professional performance duties in the chosen specialty.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Knowledge control is carried out according to the ECTS system, which provides for a two-level assessment of the learned material, in particular, the assessment of theoretical training - learning outcomes (knowledge 1.1 - 1.8), which makes up 40% of the total assessment and the assessment of practical training - learning outcomes (skills 2.1-2.3); (communication 3.1-3.3); (autonomy and responsibility 4.1-4.3), which is 60% of the total grade. Assessment of semester work: - semester assessment: Oral presentation and participation in discussions at seminars: - RN 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 1.5, 1.6, 1.7, 1.8, 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 4.1, 4.2 , 4.3 – 24 / 40 points. Individual creative work - RN 3.1, 3.2, 3.3 - 12 / 20 points. Presentation of independent research - RN 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 1.5, 1.6, 1.7, 1.8, 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 4.1, 4.2, 4.3 - 12 / 20 points. Final written test - RN 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 1.5, 1.6, 1.7, 1.8 - 12 points/ 20 points
Assessment methods and criteria
Oral reports, presentation of independent research are evaluated during the semester. Evaluation of independent work in the form of individual creative work is carried out in seminar classes. If the student is absent from the seminar, the questions discussed at the seminar are worked out in writing. Final evaluation: in the form of credit The final evaluation from the educational component, the final form of control for which the credit is established, is defined as the sum of evaluations (points) for all successfully evaluated learning outcomes. Scores below the minimum threshold level are not added to the final score. Successful completion of all assessment forms (at least 50% of the maximum possible number of points for each) is mandatory for receiving a positive final grade (60 points and above and "passed"). It is not allowed to retake the semester control in order to improve a positive grade.
