PLO 10. Recognize and classify different types of ethno-cultural products, determine their quality characteristics based on comprehensive analysis; PLO 13. To present knowledge about ethnoculture according to the specialization of representatives of various professional groups and students of education; PLO 15. Prerequisites and co-requisites
To know the theoretical foundations of general psychology and cultural studies. To be able to evaluate and analyze a literary text from the point of view of its national specificity. To have the skills of scientific research, search, processing and analysis of information, use of information and communication technologies.
Course content
The goal and task of the educational discipline is to acquaint students with ethnopsychology in a folklore context. Students will familiarize themselves with the basics of ethnic psychology, directions, schools, and methodology. The study of ethnopsychology in this aspect will provide students with the opportunity to expand their knowledge of folk creativity, as well as to gain a deeper understanding of the essence of ethnic folklore and ethnological phenomena. The knowledge gained by students in the process of studying this course will contribute to a deeper understanding of the connections between the conceptual sphere of ethnicity and human consciousness. The key problems of Ukrainian ethnopsychology should be understood in specific cultural and historical contexts. Particular attention is paid to the problem of the psychological experience of the ethnic group and the means of embodying the ethnic world and the ethnic person in art and literature, as well as the specifics of creative imagination, fantasy, and humor related to the national tradition.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
The course includes 2 content parts. the first part of the course - "Cultural and historical contexts of understanding the key problems of Ukrainian ethnopsychology", the second part of the course - "Psychological experience of the ethnic group and the ethnic world of man". Forms of education: lectures, seminars, independent work. Throughout the semester, after the lectures on the relevant topics, seminar classes are held, which are evaluated according to the types of work (oral answer, supplement, blitz survey, participation in discussions at lectures and seminar classes, intermediate control test, exam).
Assessment methods and criteria
Knowledge control is carried out according to the ECTS system, which provides two-level assessment of learned material, assessment of theoretical training - learning results (knowledge) - 40% of the total grade, and assessment of practical training - learning outcomes (skills, communication, autonomy and responsibility - 60% of the total score. Assessment of semester work: oral response, additions, participation in discussions at lectures and seminars, blitz survey, intermediate test test: 25/45 points. The overall grade for the semester consists of points received for classroom work (which synthesizes and independent work on the development of theoretical material for preparation for the classroom: oral answers, additions, blitz survey, intermediate control tests, presentation of a scientific report) and for independent work (preparation of a report). All types of work for the semester have a total of 36/60 points. The discipline ends with a written exam of 24/40 points.
