Course content
The discipline is theoretical and practical in nature and contributes to the practical formation of future teachers of Turkish language and literature experience necessary in their future professional activities. The content of this discipline, firstly, provides future specialists with knowledge about the strategic directions of development of modern school foreign language education, modern methods and technologies of teaching foreign languages, secondly, encourages higher education students to be creative in the process of theoretical and practical study, and thirdly, makes it possible to expand the field of activity of future teachers of Turkish language and literature by applying the acquired knowledge and skills. Classes are held in the form of practical classes. The course ends with an exam.

Assessment methods and criteria
Knowledge control is carried out according to the ECTS system, which provides for a two-level assessment of the material learned, in particular, an assessment of theoretical training, which accounts for 40% of the total grade, and an assessment of practical training, which accounts for 60% of the total grade. Assessment of semester work: Module I: 1. Report: 3 - 5 points. 2. Answers in seminars: 9 - 15 points. 3. Module control work: 6 - 10 points. Module II: 1. Report: 3 - 5 points. 2. Answers at seminars: 9 - 15 points. 3. Module control work: 6 - 10 points. 4. Exam: 24 - 40 points.
