PLO 2. Knows the laws of personality development, age characteristics of students, their psychology and specifics of family relationships. PLO 4. Knows and understands the peculiarities of teaching heterogeneous groups of students, applies differentiation of learning, organizes the educational process taking into account the special needs of students. PLO 9. Has forms and methods of education of students in the classroom and in extracurricular activities, is able to monitor the dynamics of personal development of the child. PLO 10. Able to design a psychologically safe and comfortable educational environment, work effectively autonomously and in a team, organize student cooperation and communication with their parents. PLO 11. Able to value diversity and multiculturalism, to be guided in pedagogical activities by ethical norms, principles of tolerance, dialogue and cooperation.

Full-time form

1. Successful completion of the course "Psychology". 2. Knowledge of the theoretical foundations of the structure of the psyche, factors and basic mechanisms of personality formation. 3. Understanding of the essence of the main regulators of activity and behavior in the group and the possibilities of their use in working with an academic group.

The course reveals the mechanisms of organizing influence on the individual in the process of his or her education and training, aspects of comprehensive personal development through education and upbringing; formation of pedagogical thinking, learning to analyze pedagogical reality, conscious mastery of professional and pedagogical skills; formation of theoretical ideas about pedagogy as a science, its object, subject, purpose, tasks; familiarization with the concepts, categories and methods of pedagogy; clarification of its significance in the system of sciences. The content is divided into two modules: 1) general fundamentals of pedagogy, theory of education and training; 2) theory of education, school science. An important place in the course is given to the acquisition of practical skills in situations of educational activities of an educational institution.
