Deeply understand the basic facts, concepts, principles and theories related to the subject area mastered during the master's program, use them to solve complex problems and problems, as well as conduct research in the relevant field of chemistry. Collect, evaluate and analyze data needed to solve complex chemistry tasks using appropriate data analysis methods and tools. Р14. Interpret the experimentally obtained results and correlate them with the relevant theories in chemistry.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Know the basics of analytical chemistry, chemical and physicochemical methods of analysis, statistical processing of analysis results. Know the basics of inorganic chemistry, physical chemistry, organic chemistry and biological chemistry, mathematics and computer methods of experimental data processing. Have basic skills in the analytical laboratory.
Course content
The course "Kinetic and enzymatic methods of analysis" is devoted to the study of basic concepts and provisions of kinetic methods, in particular catalytic and chemiluminescent, and enzymatic methods of analysis, methods of measuring the analytical response of fast and slow reactions in closed and open systems, the consideration of basics of differential, integral and modified methods, their metrological characteristics, main areas of application of kinetic methods of analysis. The characteristics of enzymatic methods of analysis and their application for determination of organic and inorganic compounds - substrates and inhibitors of various enzymes are considered.

Assessment methods and criteria
Semester control includes writing 2 tests, 1 abstract. The evaluation is based on a 100-point system. The minimum number of points that can be obtained by a student during the semester assessment is 60 points.
