PR4. Make a psychological prognosis for the development of individuals, groups, organizations. PR5. Develop programs of psychological interventions (training, psychotherapy, counseling, etc.), conduct them in individual and group work, assess quality. PR9. Solve ethical dilemmas based on the rule of law, ethical principles and universal values.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1) knowledge of basic theoretical and methodological (principles, categories, directions) and methodological principles of studying the psyche of the individual;
2) possession of material on the history of philosophy and psychology in the thematic area - the consciousness and self-consciousness of the individual and material on the psychology of personal growth;
3) the ability to use the basic concepts of "activity", "mental states", "values", in relation to self-knowledge and self-esteem.
Course content
This discipline is devoted to the study of theoretical and methodological principles of self-knowledge and self-regulation, as psychological constructs, their essence, psychological dimensions, basic theories and concepts; problems of the psychology of self-understanding and self-acceptance, self-regulation, search of own resources. This discipline is designed to show the importance of technologies of self-analysis and self-regulation in self-knowledge of one's own individuality in the practice of psychological care and self-help.
The discipline consists of two parts: 1 part. Self-knowledge as a psychological category: Self-knowledge, self-understanding, self-assessment. Self-regulation: approaches, structure, types. Part 2. Ways of self-knowledge and self-regulation. Methods of psychological self-knowledge and self-regulation. Introspection in self-knowledge. Self-regulation of mental states. The path of self-acceptance. Self-change.

Assessment methods and criteria
1. Oral answer (survey, speech at the seminar, participation in discussions and debates, additions): - 40/24 points; 2. Analytical report, discourse: - 30/18 points; 3. Written practical work: - 30/18 points
Final assessment in the form of an exam: the maximum number of points on the exam - 40 points, the minimum number of points that are added to the semester - 24 points. Students who scored a lower number of points during the semester than the critical-calculated minimum - 20 points before the exam are not allowed. The recommended minimum for admission to the exam is 38 points.
