Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. To know the basics of developmental psychology, social psychology, communication psychology, theory and practice of group work, peculiarities of critical and reflective thinking and development of emotional intelligence. 2. To be able to apply diagnostic and formative methods of personality development psychology, to carry out psychological work with a client on his development, to determine the basic and additional competencies of the individual in education, professional and communicative activities. 3. To possess basic skills of analyzing scientific literature in the necessary sections of psychology, skills of critical thinking, formulation and solution of practical problems.
Course content
The purpose of the discipline is to form a scientific basis for understanding the nature of success and success of personality, mastering the theory of success psychology and methods of forming a successful personality through the development of Soft Skills. The discipline introduces students to the basic theoretical concepts of successful personality development; formation of knowledge of the system of basic categories, provisions and principles of psychology of success; mastering the psychological mechanisms of Soft Skills development and achievement of success; determination of features and individual characteristics of a successful personality and identification of factors that hinder success; mastering the features of formation and development of Soft Skills in different age periods of personality formation for achieving success in various activities.

Assessment methods and criteria
1. Oral answers: 10/8 marks 2. Analytical report: 10/8 points 3. Practical work: 20/12 points 4. Creative work: 20/12 points The final assessment is conducted in the form of a credit. The grade is based on the results of the student's work during the semester (the maximum number of points for work during the semester is 100). Students who have scored a total of less than 60 points during the semester, but more than the critical-calculated minimum of 40 points, pass the test. The test is conducted in the form of an oral survey on the course topic and a case study, which is worth 20 points. Students who have scored less than the critical-calculated minimum of 40 points during the semester are not allowed to take the test.
