Learning outcomes
LO4. To make a psychological prognosis for the development of individuals, groups, organizations. LO 5. To develop and implement programs of psychological interventions (counseling, psychological correction, psychotherapy, training), to carry them out in individual and group work and evaluate quality. LO 6. To develop educational materials and educational programs, implement them, get feedback and evaluate quality. LO 7. To present the results of research in written and oral forms in accessible and reasonable way, to participate in professional discussions. LO 8. To evaluate the complexity of the tasks of the activity and to make decisions about seeking help or advanced training. LO 12. To solve ethical dilemmas based on the rule of law, ethical principles and universal values.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
To know: documents regulating the activities of the psychological service in Ukraine; stages of development of practical psychology; types of work of a practical psychologist; ethical principles of work of a practical psychologist.
To be able to: determine professionally significant properties for a practical psychologist; plan psychological work; calculate the time required to perform various types of work.
To have basic skills: to provide psychological counseling.
Course content
The purpose of the discipline is to reveal the role and patterns of organization of psychological service. The discipline provides general theoretical training of students in the field of organization of psychological service activities, which will serve as the basis for their further activities. The program includes theoretical problems and provides for the application of the acquired knowledge in the practical work of a psychologist.

1. Work at Seminar (presentation at the seminar, participation in discussions and debates, additions): 24/14 points
2. Analytical report: 24/14 points
3. Creative independent work: 32/20 points
4. Final control work: 20/12 points
For students who have scored a total of less than the critical-calculated minimum of 40 points, in order to be admitted to the exam, it is mandatory to complete a creative task of increased complexity, which is evaluated at 40 points. The recommended minimum for admission to the exam is 48 points.
After Topic 1, an abstract is written; after Topic 2, students graphically present a conceptual model of their own research; after Topic 3, an operational model of the research is presented; after the last practical lesson, students submit abstracts on research design.
The maximum number of points for work during the semester is 60
