Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. To know the basics of social psychology and psychology of labour.
2. To be able to carry out psychological analysis of individual behavior and processes in the group.
Course content
The aim of the course is to teach students the psychological foundations of organizational management.
The course introduces undergraduate students to the leading field of practical psychology - applied psychology in management and business.

The final assessment (credit) is carried out in the form of a final control work, which includes material from the entire course. The maximum number of points for completing the final control workis 20, if a student scores less than 12 points for the final control work, the final control work is considered unsatisfactory.
The results of students' learning activities are evaluated on a 100-point scale. The final grade is defined as a simple sum of points for systematic work throughout the semester.
