Learning outcomes
LO 4. To formulate their own reasonable judgments based on the analysis of a social problem. LO 12. To determine the content of cooperation with partner organizations in social work for performing tasks of professional activity. LO 18. To set the cooperation with representatives of various professional groups and communities; to use strategies of individual and collective representation of clients' interests. LO 19. To identify strengths and to involve the client’s personal resources, resources of social groups and communities to solve their problems and get out of difficult life circumstances.LO 22. To demonstrate the ability to solve problems creatively and to make innovative decisions, to think and apply creativity to form fundamentally new ideas. LO 23. To construct the process and the result of social work within the set tasks, to use quantitative and qualitative indicators, to adjust the work plan in accordance with the results of the assessment.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
to know:
- concepts, principles and methods of teamwork;
- team life cycle, stages of team development and basics of group dynamics;
- types and strategies of team interaction;
- classification of types of roles in the team,
- factors that affect the productivity of the team,
- content and psychological foundations of team leadership;
Be able:
- to apply specific methods and technologies aimed at improving the efficiency of the team in different periods of its development;
- to plan to assess the effectiveness of the team, calculate the economic and social efficiency of the team;
- to form a team to solve the set goals;
- to analyze, evaluate and develop the abilities of team members,
- to have the technology of team building in the social sphere.
Course content
The discipline aims to study the socio-psychological patterns of group functioning and testing by students of models and team-building methods during professional interaction.
As a result of individual and group work, students learn theoretical knowledge of the basics of team formation and management, study the peculiarities of team functioning at different stages of its existence, determine the advantages and limitations of teamwork, practically develop teamwork skills. While studying the discipline, students learn to determine the strategic goals of the team and ways to achieve them most effectively and have the opportunity to use methods of socio-psychological study of teams and psycho-diagnostic techniques to determine their style of positions they often occupy during teamwork.

Assessment methods and criteria
The organization of assessment forms provided by the working curriculum is carried out during the semester during students' creative and reproductive tasks, individual work, a compilation of modular tasks, and a final task. Based on the work results during the semester, the student receives a final grade on a 100-point system, which is calculated as the accumulated grades for the modules during the semester.
Creative and reproductive tasks for individual work - up to 20 points for each; modular control work - up to 20 points.
A student could not take the final test if he scored less than 36 points during the semester.
Form of final control - credit. Credit points: 0-59 - not credited, 60-100 - "credited".
Points 1 - 59 corresponds to the assessment of "unsatisfactory"; 60 -74 - "satisfactory"; 75 - 90 - "good"; 91 - 100 - "excellent".
