Prerequisites and co-requisites
Knowledge: procedures and rules of group training; methods of congruent interpersonal communication; means of self-analysis and self-knowledge; personal characteristics that determine congruent behavior; conditions of personal growth of the client. Skills: establish and maintain psychological contact with a partner in communication; organize yourself to solve life's problems; have the means to self-regulate the emotional state; behave adequately in difficult situations of interaction with partners
Course content
The purpose of the discipline is to master the techniques of self- and mutual knowledge, expanding and deepening the experience of congruent interaction in the group, gaining more self-confidence, ability to act adequately in difficult situations of communication with clients and colleagues. The main tasks of studying the discipline are: the development of adequate and flexible self-esteem as the most important component of personality; creating conditions for students to gain personal experience of introspection and self-knowledge; increasing the level of congruence as a condition of positive personal development; developing confidence and psychological readiness to perform professional duties.

Assessment methods and criteria
1. Independent work on creative and reproductive exercises – up to 10 points for each 2. Keeping a reflexive diary – 10 points 3. Participation in group discussions – up to 5 points for each 4. Modular test – up to 15 points Final evaluation in the form of a test – up to 40 points The number of points: • 1-34 corresponds to the grade "unsatisfactory" with the obligatory re-study of the discipline; • 35-59 corresponds to the assessment of "unsatisfactory" with the possibility of retake; • 60-64 corresponds to the assessment "satisfactory" ("sufficient"); • 65-74 corresponds to the assessment "satisfactory"; • 75 - 84 corresponds to the assessment of "good"; • 85 - 90 corresponds to the assessment "good" ("very good"); • 91 - 100 corresponds to the rating "excellent" To obtain an overall positive grade in the discipline, the score for the test may not be less than 24 points, the minimum number of points of admission to the test 36 points
