Learning outcomes
PLO1. To associate oneself as a member of the civil society, the scientific community, to recognize the rule of law, in particular in professional activities, to understand and be able to use their own rights and freedoms, to show respect for the rights and freedoms of other persons, in particular, members of the PLO11 team. To be able to analyze the processes of the state and market regulation of socio-economic and of labor relations PLO17. Perform interdisciplinary analysis socio-economic phenomena and problems in one or several professional areas, taking into account the risks and possible socio-economic consequences. PLO18. Course content
subject of the discipline "International economic law" is the disclosure of various aspects of legal regulation of international economic relations within the framework of international law. Conventionally, these problems can be divided into theoretical and those related to issues of practical implementation in international law. Issues of state regulation of international investment are considered, as well as theoretical and practical issues of settlement of economic disputes. Questions are studied application of measures of state regulation in the sphere of economic relations, review of factors economic regime, in particular, the system of norms in the field of property rights. All these topics are important, in particular, taking into account current reforms in the sphere of state economic regulation relations

Assessment methods and criteria
The results of students' educational activities are evaluated on a 100-point scale. Evaluation and verification of knowledge is carried out in the form of work at seminar classes; performance of independent works; students' writing of modular test papers and passing the exam. final evaluation: carried out in the form of an exam For students who scored a total critical-calculation minimum of 20 points or less, for admission to the exam must write a test of increased complexity, which is evaluated up to 20 points. The recommended minimum for admission to the exam is 22 points. The exam includes lecture and seminar questions, as well as independent work questions.
