Learning outcomes
Know and use the terminology of digitalization, explain the main technologies and methods of digitalization of international business and finance
Identify problems and ways to solve them in the process of spreading digital technologies in various spheres of the international economy, finance,
investments
Apply models and methods to explain modern processes in the international spread of digitization technologies
To determine the effectiveness of the application of technologies and tools of digitization of the international economy, financial markets, international banking and investments
Identify the dynamics and trends of the results of the spread of digital technologies based on the analysis of international and national statistical data
Develop recommendations for information management and implementation of digital transformations in conditions of global instability
Form of study
Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. To know: the essence and functions of international trade, international finance and business, the basics of statistics and information systems, the content and methods of analysis of international business and capital movements, methods of project and comparative analysis.
2. Possess basic skills: use of Microsoft Office Word, Microsoft Office Excel.
Course content
Consideration of the theoretical foundations of the study of digitalization of the international economy, the content and basic technologies of information processing, the content of digitalization and its essential technologies, the principles of their interaction and use in various spheres, opportunities and risks of digitalization, the formation of practical skills for explaining modern processes of digital transformations, methods of managing digitalization processes .
Identification of factors, forms, directions and consequences of digitalization processes in the spheres of international business, international banking and financial services, international investments, features of digitalization strategies in Europe and other regions.

Assessment methods and criteria
The final control is carried out in the form of a written exam, which includes test tasks, creative tasks and is estimated at a maximum of 40 points. The final grade for the discipline is assigned to the student based on the results of work during the semester as the sum of points received during the academic semester, including points received for independent work and the exam.
