PLO5. Apply analytical and methodical tools for understanding the logic of making economic decisions by various economic agents (individuals, households, enterprises and state authorities). PLO10. Analyze the functioning and development of economic entities, to identify functional areas, to calculate relevant indicators that characterize the performance of their activities. PLO17. Perform interdisciplinary analysis of socio-economic effects and problems in one or more professional fields, taking into account the risks and possible socio-economic consequences.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
To know: the basic principles of enterprise operation; trends and principles of global economy development; basics of general and financial management in the company; basic principles of investment activity; basic approaches to the analysis of statistical information. To have the skills to search, analyze, synthesize, process and visualize statistics, work with analytical and statistical reports of international organizations, company reporting.
Course content
Discipline discovers the main features of the global environment of TNCs, the place and role of TNCs in the global movement of capital, the dynamics of investment activities of TNCs, features of organizational and managerial structures of TNCs, as well as the economic mechanism of TNCs, the financial mechanism of TNCs, economic impact of TNCs , investment strategies of TNCs, functioning of TNCs in Ukraine.

Assessment methods and criteria
Semester assessment of such types of work as: discussions, surveys, testing, control tests are carried out during classes that take place on schedule. The student's independent work consists in the systematic elaboration of normative-legislative acts and reports on the evaluation of economic entities. The mastered material is subject to verification at each seminar in the form of an oral interview. In addition, the results of self-study are checked in the form of short written works or testing (twice during the modular weeks), each of which is evaluated with a maximum of 5 points. Oral interview, homework check, discussion - 20 points / 12 points Modular test - 10 points / 6 points. Testing - 10 points / 6 points Project implementation - 20 points / 12 points final grade (exam) - 40/24 points
