            The system of vowels and consonants.
Transcription. Common and proper Nouns. The position of the Adjective and the Adverb in a sentence. Definite and Indefinite Articles. Cardinal and Ordinal Numerals. Pronouns. Prepositions. Conjunctions. The Verb. Regular and irregular verbs. Mood: Indicative, Imperative. Tense forms. 
To pronounce English sounds and words correctly, to connect words in the speech.
To master the reading technique and proper rhythm and intonation sentence patterns.
To comprehend the speech of a teacher and a speaker within mastered grammar and lexical material.
To read and understand an unfamiliar adapted text; to be able to retell a text after reading (or a listening comprehension), to ask questions on the text.

Module 1
There is/ are; to be; to have; Personal and Possessive Pronouns; Numerals; this-these; that-those.
Present Indefinite Tense. Countable and uncountable nouns; number of nouns.
Past Indefinite Tense. Articles (General notion). Degrees of comparison of adjectives.
Future Indefinite Tense. Adverbial clauses of time and condition; to be going to; enough, too, both, either, neither; still,yet.
Present, Past, Future Continuous Tenses. Can, may, to be able to; the use of the Articles with the names of meals and material.
Present Perfect Tense. Modal verbs must, need; to have to; used to.
Past, Future Perfect Tenses. The use of the Article with the nouns school, table, town, bed, hospital, train.
Present, Past, Future Perfect Continuous Tenses. Like any other; like, as; to tell, to speak; the more… the; Prepositions (of place,
direction, time, purpose).
Module 2
Passive Voice (Indefinite Tenses). 1Passive Voice (Continuous Tenses)  Passive Voice (Perfect Tenses). Most+Plural noun; the most of.
Passive Constructions with Verbs which Have Two Objects: Direct and Indirect. The use of the Article with Geographical nouns.
Passive Constructions with Verbs which Have Two Direct Objects. The use of the Articles with Some Abstract Nouns.

            The semester number of points is formed by the points obtained by a
student in the process of current control, mastering the material of content modules and complex
module. The results of students' learning activities are evaluated on a 100-point 
scale, of which: - semester assessment; 3 content modules of 10 
points (written works) = 30 points (30%)
current control = 30 points (30%)
complex  module = 40 points (40%)
Current control includes:
home reading - 10 points
grammar - 5 points
LSP- 5 points
texts - 5 points
conversational topics - 5 points
- comprehensive assessment
The complex  module includes: 
Written assignments – 10 points
International documents -10 points
Ctredit/exam-20 points
The credit is set based on the results of the student's work throughout the semester and  doesn`t
provide additional measures for the evaluation of successful students.
The results of students' learning activities are evaluated on a 100-point scale.
