Prerequisites and co-requisites
The discipline "Psychodiagnostics" is part of a series of normative disciplines for the training of specialists of educational and qualification level "bachelor". Its mastering is based on knowledge of the disciplines "General Psychology", "Psychology of Personality", "Age Psychology", "Mathematical Methods in Psychology".
Course content
The purpose of the discipline - to acquaint students with the current state of psychodiagnostics as a theoretical and applied science; formation in them of the ability to use in the future professional activity reliable tools for measuring individual psychological differences.
Content modules:
1. History of psychodiagnostics, its object, subject, connection with other sciences.
2. Test as a leading tool for psychodiagnostics. Psychometric principles of psychodiagnostics.
3. Psychodiagnostic process. Ethics of psychodiagnostic examination.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Lectures, seminars, independent work.
Assessment methods and criteria
Semester assessment:
1. Final test: max.10 points.
2. Evaluation of participation in seminars: max.3 points per seminar (total 10 = 40).
3. Coursework - 10 points.
Final evaluation - in the form of a test.
The maximum number of points that can be obtained by a student during the semester - 60 points, on the exam - 40 points on a 100-point scale;
Form of conducting - written. Type of tasks - test. Minimum level of the grade at which the test is considered passed: the grade for the exam can not be less than 20 points.
Conditions for admission to the exam. A student is not allowed to take the exam if he / she scored less than 36 points during the semester. The student is admitted to the exam if he / she completes 50% of the tasks provided for in the plan.
