Prerequisites and co-requisites
Knowledge: the history of the development of group methods of practical psychology and social work; the essence of the concepts of training as an active form of learning; specific features and basic paradigms of training; psychological elements of the training group; stages of the training process; processes of group dynamics in training; the role of the coach and the requirements for his personality. Skills: plan the program and structure of training; set goals, define tasks and plan the approaches of their implementation; apply adequate training methods per the objectives of the training; be able to predict the dynamics of the deployment of group processes; choose an effective strategy and tactics of coach behavior; have the skills of reflexive analysis and be able to reflect on the training.
Course content
The purpose of the discipline "Training technologies in social work" is the formation of professional competencies of a social worker in the field of training work. The main tasks of studying the discipline are: mastering the essence of the concept of "training", "training technology", "training methodology"; learning the skills of compiling a training program in accordance with the requests of the client group, defining the purpose and primary objectives of the training; development of abilities to work with a group and group dynamics; development of coaching skills. The introduction of training technologies in the social sphere allows not only to solve socio-psychological problems of clients effectively but also through the development of additional opportunities, abilities, and motivation help to form their readiness to overcome similar problems in the future. At the same time, studying the features and specifics of the application of training technologies in social work with client groups provides an opportunity to optimize and improve the activities of social services. For social service professionals, the introduction of training technologies helps to create a favorable reflexive space with the ability to independently and consciously search for content, enhance introspection and professional self-awareness, more effective information retrieval, and forecast further professional development, find ways to improve their professionalism and competitiveness in the labor market.

Assessment methods and criteria
1. Independent work on creative and reproductive exercises - up to 5 points for each 2. Preparation of reports and abstracts - up to 10 points for each 3. Modular test - up to 20 points Final evaluation in the form of a test - up to 40 points The number of points: • 1-34 corresponds to the grade "unsatisfactory" with the obligatory re-study of the discipline; • 35-59 corresponds to the assessment of "unsatisfactory" with the possibility of retake; • 60-64 corresponds to the assessment "satisfactory" ("sufficient"); • 65-74 corresponds to the assessment "satisfactory"; • 75 - 84 corresponds to the assessment of "good"; • 85 - 90 corresponds to the assessment "good" ("very good"); • 91 - 100 corresponds to the rating "excellent" To obtain an overall positive grade in the discipline, the score for the test may not be less than 24 points, the minimum number of points of admission to the test 36 points
