            To understand the sources of administrative law belonging to the Romano-Germanic and Anglo-Saxon legal families; the concept of administrative law and its main characteristics; the concept of subject, method, principles of administrative law; the concept and structure of administrative and legal norms and relations; the concept of subjects of administrative law; the concept of features of control over the activities of public administration; features of the system of administrative law of France and Germany; features of the system of administrative law of Great Britain and the United States; the concept of European administrative law; European standards of public administration; features of the institute of public service; concepts and features of civil service in Ukraine.

            Prerequisites and co-requisites
        
        
            Knowledge of  the theory of state and law, the basics of comparative constitutional law, knowledge of the basics of municipal law; ability to analyze regulations, identify and justify the features of modern legal systems; mastery of analytical research and analysis skills.

            Assessment methods and criteria
        
        
            Evaluation is carried out according to the modular rating system. Current control: answers (up to 30 points), written assignment (up to 2 points), final modular test (up to 10 points). The form of final control is an exam. The exam is conducted in writing. The student's answer to the exam – up to 40 points.
